In the News

After the UN Security Council denied the bid for statehood, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas signed papers to join the International Criminal Court (ICC). But winning the fight against IS may require more than military victories; the United States is working with non-traditional partners to understand how to fight the ideology driving this militant organization.
